Terms & Conditions
1. All city tours according to individual arrangements.

2. Tour guide fees start at 40 € per hour (incl. VAT). Prices vary depending on language, duration and number of participants.

3. Tour guide fees for half or full day excursions start at 35 € per hour (incl. VAT). Prices vary depending on language, duration and number of participants.

4. The recommended maximum number of participants for walking tours is 25. For larger groups we will book an additional guide. If your group is just slightly larger (max 30 pax) you may choose to pay a charge of 5 € per hour (in addition to the agreed hourly rate) instead.

5. Payment is required either in cash or through bank transfer.

6. Entrance fees are not included in guide fees and are to be paid by the client upon entry to the museum or other attraction.

7. If the distance to the meeting point of the tour is more than 20 km from the centre of Dresden an additional amount for accruing travelling costs for the guide will be agreed.

8. Cancellation fees
  • If the tour is cancelled between up to 8 days before the day of the tour 0 % of the fee is payable,
  • If the tour is cancelled whitin 7 to 3 before the day of the tour 80 % of the fee is payable,
  • If the tour is cancelled within 2 days before appointment a compensation of 100 % of the fee is charged.
Cancellation is valid the day it arrives. We will send written confirmation of cancellation on receipt.

9. In case of a client's delay the tour guide will wait 30 minutes for the group to arrive. The duration of the tour will be shortened according to the length of the delay. If the group does not arrive within 30 mins of the agreed meeting time the tour guide is entitled to leave and the client will be charged the full fee.

10. Participation is always on your own risk. The tour guide assumes no liability.

11. In the case of a not-at-fault delay or non-appearance of the guide at the meeting point (e.g. due to illness, accident or an act of God) the group/guest will receive notice as soon as possible. Where possible a colleague or another guide will take over the tour or it will be cancelled without consequences for either party. Any fee paid in advance for the cancelled tour will be refunded to the guest. No additional claims of compensation can be made by either party.

12. In the case of adverse weather conditions tours in the open will be cancelled without any claims of compensation or refund for either party or for the duration of the adverse weather an indoor tour will be offered without entitlement of guidance inside.
